Who We Are?
The foundation and guiding principles of Louisiana Central University were established and put in place in 2002. LCU is an online university, which operates in partnership and in collaboration with other universities. The primary goal and mission of the university are to provide an excellent education in partnership and in collaboration with other universities. It is a centralized system designed to make education affordable and assessable to everyone. Students are allowed to study at any institution of their choice, and their earned credits will transfer toward their accelerated degree programs. This style of study is designed for students who are professionals and would like to complete their educational studies the soonest as possible. The university offers accelerated degree programs and specialized honorary degree programs.
The university is registered in the State of Louisiana to conduct business, with the purpose of providing educational services in partnership with other universities. The Louisiana Central University is authorized and approved by its Board of Trustees to award professional degrees in partnership and in collaboration with other universities..
