LCU Students

Louisiana Central University (LCU) is a non-residential university, with no physical campus. LCU invites students from all over the world. The student body is a global community that encourages participative learning and interactive learning between all students. Transfer of Credits

Louisiana Central University accept credits from other universities around the world. A comprehensive evaluation of the transcript of each student is done by the registrar’s office to determine the appropriate credits to be transferred into the student’s program.
Degrees at LCU are offered in partnership and in collaboration with other universities, the university may therefore transfer up to 50% of credits from other universities toward the total required credits of a particular graduate program.

Undergraduate Students can transfer up to 90 credits, doctoral students up to 30 credits, master’s students up to 18 credits, and law school students up to one year of course work. Graduate students may enroll in a concurrent Master and Doctoral program. In such a case, 90% of the credits from the master’s degree program will transfer to the doctoral program.
